No, clients are to pick up their cargoes from our Quezon City, Metro Manila warehouse.

The usual estimated shipping time is 4 weeks from the arrival of goods at our China warehouse. However, inevitable and unforeseen events (such as holidays, container shortages, port congestion, slower transit times, and customs processing times) could lead to delays of up to 8 weeks. It's important to note that our China and Manila warehouses have no control over shipping times, as they are influenced by various factors in the supply chain. Delays are often interconnected and can be attributed to a variety of factors beyond our control.

Yes, we offer 3 days free storage upon arrival of cargoes in our Quezon City, Metro Manila warehouse. Storage fee of ₱350/CBM/day shall apply thereafter.

Yes, if assistance or forklift is needed upon arrival of cargoes in China warehouse, China warehouse charges unloading fee, the fee depends on the weight and quantity of pallets/crates/boxes.
